Introduction - Crossing the Chasm: Geoffrey Moore
A great breezy read for those new to marketing tech products.  Moore has a background in English literature and writes in a straightforward manner.  This is a great intro to the subject matter and understanding the Technology Adoption Life Cycle.

In-depth: Marketing of High Technology Products and Innovations: Dr. Jakki Mohr, Dr. Sanjit Sengupta, Dr. Stanley Slater.  This is the textbook used in almost all MBA courses around the globe.  Well researched with great case studies and an eye on future trends.
